Beautiful antique gold S-brooch made from a worn cap bell. This is a unique piece of jewelry from the time of Dutch traditional dress around 1900. The cap bell was fastened to an under cap, which was worn together with Sunday clothes. Today, hardly anyone wears such a cap, but the cap bell is a beautifully detailed piece of jewelry. Therefore, brooches are now made from it. This piece of jewelry was part of Dutch traditional dress. The brooch is designed with filigree technique, giving it a lace-like and antique appearance. The jewelry is made from 14 karat yellow gold (585/1000).
