This is truly one of the rarest "non-limited" watches we've seen in years! And how I longed to put it in my own collection... But I already have so much. That's why I'm offering this Fortis Official Cosmonauts Chronograph in a beautiful, over-complete, and unique/collection-worthy full set from 1997. Even the original invoice is present at 4540DM, which was practically enough to buy a Rolex Daytona back then, so many were never sold. Looking for value for your money but not necessarily looking for a pilot's chronograph from a well-known brand/model? This is Fortis's answer to the Speedmaster, Navitimer, and Cosmonaut watches from well-known brands. Fortis makes beautiful, high-quality watches, and this gorgeous, yet vintage Cosmonaut is truly superb in every way. At 38mm, it's exceptionally wearable, though it does wear a bit large. This watch has reference number 603.22.151, which, incidentally, is listed on the warranty card as 603.22.115. It could be a variation, or a mistake by the store employee, but that's all we can confirm at this point. This is absolutely a full set from the first and only owner. Delivered in 1997 with all the beautiful straps and accessories, and even the invoice from back then! We can't currently find a second one. If they can be found, they're always at a considerably higher price and in poorer condition or delivery time. This watch is equipped with a high-quality Chronometer Certified automatic chronograph movement; it's in excellent condition and runs perfectly. This beautiful timepiece features numerous complications. In addition to the date display and chronograph function, we see a 24-hour indicator that focuses entirely on aerospace. This watch is fitted with the original Fortis steel bracelet. The bracelet features a folding clasp with a 2cm diver's extension. The bracelet comes with all spare links and fits wrists of up to approximately 20cm. In addition to this bracelet, the leather travel pouch contains accessories such as the original Fortis leather strap and the Nylon Cosmonauts strap. In addition, a high-quality tool for changing everything.
