This Speedmaster Moonwatch is inspired by the first Omega "in space" in 1969, with a beautiful evolution over the years, certainly improving its wearability and reliability without compromising the original design/movement. At the heart of this Omega Speedmaster is Omega's caliber 1861, the famous manual movement with the specifications that made it go to the moon. The movement is hand-wound; a rotor in space is useless. Furthermore, it runs perfectly, with a measured amplitude of 295 degrees and a maximum deviation of +3 seconds per 24 hours per day.
