Ordering and paying at Juweelwinkel

Ordering at Juweelwinkel is easy through the webshop. Each piece of jewelry and watch is unique and only in stock once, so what you place in your shopping cart is truly that one-of-a-kind. As soon as you've placed your order and paid, we'll get to work preparing your order for shipment.

You can choose from various secure payment methods, such as iDEAL and credit card. On our separate page about payment methods, we explain exactly what options are available and how the payment process works. This way you can always choose the payment method that suits you best.

Shipping, delivery time and delivery

We carefully pack every order, so that your purchase arrives well protected. Orders placed and paid on weekdays before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Your shipment is always shipped insured and provided with a track & trace code, so you can easily follow its progress.

Returns and warranty

You can always order from Juweelwinkel with peace of mind. You have a 14-day return period to review your order at the comfort of your home. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within this period as explained on our returns page.

All our jewelry and watches come with a 12-month warranty. We carefully inspect every pre-owned item for authenticity and proper functioning, but if there is anything unexpectedly wrong, we're happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. You can read more about this on the warranty page.
