The Panerai Radiomir 3 Days ‘Tropical’ PAM00687 is a particularly exquisite version of the historic Radiomir, released in 2017 in a limited edition of only 1,000 pieces worldwide. With its warm brown dial, classic Radiomir case, and manually-wound Panerai manufacture caliber, this model beautifully combines Panerai's history with modern watchmaking.

This piece is in very good and carefully worn condition. The characteristic cushion-shaped 47mm case and slim lugs give the watch the pure, historical, and minimalist look for which the Radiomir is known. A design that directly references the early instrument watches Panerai developed for the Italian Navy. Don’t underestimate the size; thanks to the short lugs, it fits well on virtually any wrist!

The absolute highlight is the unique ‘Tropical’ brown dial. The warm brown hue gives the watch the appearance of a beautifully aged vintage Panerai, but in a modern version. The large Arabic numerals and hour markers are executed in the characteristic Panerai 'sandwich style' and together with the small seconds at 9 o'clock, provide a calm and exceptionally readable dial.

This PAM00687 also offers a lot technically. Inside is the Panerai P.3000 manufacture movement, fully developed in-house. This mechanical movement is hand-wound and boasts a generous power reserve of '3-Days' (approx. 72 hours) thanks to its two spring barrels. The P.3000 is beautifully visible through the sapphire back, with large bridges, robust construction, and refined finishing that perfectly match Panerai's instrumental character.
