Reflection Period and Right of Withdrawal
At Juweelwinkel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why you have 14 days after receiving your order to view, evaluate, and possibly try on the product, just as you would in a store. Within this period, you may cancel the purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after the date of receipt without giving a reason. After this cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs for the outward shipment. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. These are usually around €10.00 per package. For exact rates, please visit your carrier's website.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the product to us, including all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging. If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, you may be charged for the depreciation. Therefore, always package your return carefully.
If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at klantenservice@Juweelwinkel.nl or use the withdrawal form. Once we have registered your return and received it in good order, we will refund the amount owed to you within 14 days.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.
Is the product damaged or is the packaging damaged more than necessary to assess the product?Then you may be charged for a depreciation. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
