The Rolex GMT-Master II with reference number 16710T 'Pepsi' is one of the most beloved watches in Rolex's history. In this case, we see the late/last 'no-lugholes' version, identifiable by the 'T' at the end of the reference number. This version features the updated Cal. 3186 movement with high-quality Parachrom hairspring, providing numerous advantages and a sleek design.

This piece dates back to 2005 and is in good condition. The original case shapes, sharp facets, and authentic finishing have been beautifully preserved, which is increasingly appreciated by collectors. With a case diameter of 40 mm, this GMT-Master II has the classic Rolex proportions.

Inside, it features the super solid Rolex Caliber 3185 automatic movement. A high-quality Rolex Manufacture automatic movement known for its exceptional precision and 48-hour power reserve. It offers outstanding reliability and performance, better than the new Rolex movements (insider tip). The movement has been tested and runs excellently according to stringent Chronometer and Rolex factory standards.

The 16710 was the flagship model in Rolex's professional watches for many years and is now considered a modern classic. Given its good condition, reliable Calibre 3185, and iconic design, it is a particularly attractive piece for both collectors and enthusiasts seeking a genuine Rolex tool watch.

The Rolex Oyster bracelet, suitable for wrists up to approximately 19.5 cm, is also in good condition. Minimal stretch shows that the watch is 20 years old, but this is not immediately obvious. The bracelet appears unpolished and has some natural wear marks, which we prefer to leave as is! You don't often see the crown on the clasp so sharp; leaving it as is feels best (in our opinion). The clasp code is correct for the year 2005, confirming that the band belongs to the watch. The extra link (of which 1 is mounted) is of the newer type Rolex bracelet (solid). Not a big issue (you won't notice), but worth mentioning. If you absolutely want it, we can easily find two 'hollow' links to swap out.
