The Rolex Submariner No Date (Ref. 14060) is among the purest versions of perhaps the most famous dive watch in the world. This piece is from 1991, features an X-serial, and boasts the beloved '2-Liner' dial. A stunning combination for enthusiasts seeking an early and classic version of the 14060.

The stainless steel Oyster case measures 40mm, a size that has defined the classic Submariner for years. Compared with later generations, this reference has relatively slender lugs and elegant proportions. Combined with the Oyster bracelet, the 14060 is sporty while maintaining a well-balanced presence on the wrist.

Characteristic for this early Submariner is the black dial with only two lines of text above 6 o'clock: the so-called '2-Liner'. The absence of the later chronometer mention gives the dial a notably calm and symmetrical look. This minimalist appearance is highly valued today by aficionados of vintage and neo-vintage Rolex.

Regarding condition; Very good, has likely been polished, Oyster bracelet new in 2011, glass is scratch-free, notably, one lug has some damage (previously) which we have captured in a close-up photo.

It offers exceptional reliability and performance. The movement has been tested and runs excellently according to the strict Chronometer and Rolex factory standards.

The Rolex Oyster bracelet fits wrists up to 18.5cm (20cm with diving extension). The bracelet dates back to 2011 (renewed in a Rolex service) and shows no stretch and is in very good condition.
