Antique silver brooch set with a total of approximately 0.44 ct. rose-cut diamonds. It is an antique brooch from the Art Nouveau era. The diamonds are set on a piece of foil to enhance their beauty. It is important to minimize the contact with soap or water to preserve the beauty of the foil. This was often done in the past with diamond jewelry, as white gold did not yet exist. The stems of the flowers and the pin of the brooch are made of 14-karat yellow gold (585/1000). The top of the brooch is made of second-grade silver (835/1000).
